bpf: Fix RCU stall in bpf_fd_array_map_clear()

In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: bpf: Fix RCU stall in bpf_fd_array_map_clear() Add a missing cond_resched() in bpf_fd_array_map_clear() loop.
